The definition “online sale contract” means the legal transaction concerning movable goods and/or services stipulated between a supplier, in this case, the company Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. with registered office in Via Firenze 15, 48025 Riolo Terme (RA), with a VAT number and tax code 00071480396, fully paid-up share capital of Euro: 104,490.00, R.E.A. RA – 10808, and a Customer in the context of a distance selling system, organized by the supplier who, for this contract, uses the distance communication technology called “Internet”.
Therefore, all contracts will be concluded directly through access by the customer to the website with the domain name www.termediriolo.it, in which, following the indicated procedures, he will be able to conclude the contract to purchase the good.
Below are the conditions of sale which will be effective until the moment in which Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. will not decide to modify them.
Any changes to these conditions of sale will be effective from the moment they are published on the website www.termediriolo.it and will regulate sales made from that moment on.
Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros and DO NOT include VAT. They may be subject to change without notice. If a society has to pay VAT will be specified before the payment procedure.
Prices do not include transport costs. If the price of an item includes transport costs, this will be indicated.
Method of purchase
The customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of www.termediriolo.it. All the characteristics indicated in the catalog are not binding and can therefore undergo variations without notice.
Orders – Placement of an order
Orders can be placed directly online through this website of the company Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. using the shopping cart and related payment procedures.
Orders – Item availability
The customer can buy the products listed on this website www.termediriolo.it and in the quantities available in the warehouse. If an order exceeds the quantity existing in the warehouse, the computer system will accept the purchase limited to the products available at that moment and will inform the buyer whether or not this item will be available in the future and the expected time for restocking.
Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. reserves the right – in the interest of the customer – to check the quality of the items before shipping them, and if the quality is not deemed suitable for shipping, Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. will avoid sending the goods, undertaking to reimburse the Customer for the amount paid, including transport costs if these are also charged. The Customer will be required to provide Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. your bank details, which will be used to make the refund, and the supplier will be required to repay this amount within 7 working days of receiving the bank details.
Orders – Cancellation
All orders are binding and can be canceled only and exclusively if the goods have not yet been shipped, using a written request to be sent by e-mail.
For orders that have already been processed, the customer must exercise the right of withdrawal.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The contract stipulated between the company Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. This acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated in any way to the customer.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the customer will print or save an electronic copy, however, keep these general conditions of sale in compliance with the provisions of articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 on distance selling.
Warranty
The thermographic systems are covered by a legal guarantee of 12 months from the date of purchase.
The guarantee will not be applied in the event of incorrect use, cleaning, and storage of the thermographic system and particularly of the liquid crystal plates.
Payments
Payments on our website are made through the global payment system PayPal, which offers maximum security in transactions, and a high level of encryption of the data entered.
The type of payment that Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. accepted for the sale of its products online through this site is as follows: CREDIT CARD. All cards belonging to the following circuits are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Cartasì, and American Express, through the secure online payment service Paypal.
Your credit card transaction will be made on the PayPal site, and once the operation is complete you will be redirected back to our site.

Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. will not be able to check the correct and lawful origin of the credit title used by the customer at the time of payment for the goods.

Buyer’s obligations
The Customer undertakes, once the “On-Line” purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which he will have already viewed and accepted, since this is an obligatory step during the purchase procedure, and of the specifications of the item purchased, this to fully satisfy the condition referred to in art. 3 and 4 of the Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.
It is strictly forbidden for the customer to enter false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious data when filling out the order form or during the registration required to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract. and related further communications; the details provided and the electronic mail address (email) must be only the actual company data and not the result of fantasy.
It is forbidden to register the same person and/or company twice. Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. reserves the right to legally prosecute any abuse and/or violation.

End of contract and express termination clause
Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l. has the right to terminate the stipulated contract using simple communication to the Customer with adequate and justified reasons. In this situation, the Customer will only be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid.
The obligations undertaken by the Customer and the guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the Customer issues, are of an essential nature.
Therefore, by express agreement, the Customer’s failure to fulfill only one of these obligations will result in the legal termination of the contract under article 1456 of the Civil Code, without the need for a judicial decision, without prejudice to the right for Terme di Riolo Bagni S.r.l., to take legal action to obtain compensation for further damage.

Jurisdiction and Competent Court
The legislation in force in the territory of the Italian Republic is applied to this website.

For any dispute between the parties deriving from this contract, the Court in the district in which the purchasing company is located will be competent. if it is located in the territory of the Italian State; for all other customers it is agreed that any dispute will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Ravenna (RA).
